We are continually researching and evaluating to arrive at a set of “best practices” in our approach to building. We combine the best technology, the oldest techniques and what we determine compatible with our sustainable standards to craft buildings that will stand the test of time. Consequently, we have used a variety of building systems, including insulated concrete forms (ICF), structural insulated panels (SIP), timber framing, strawbale and advanced framing techniques.
Our building division designed and built the first ENERGY STAR certified home in Centre County. This home can be viewed in the Gallery along with select other projects.
