Project Description
The project consists of a 3-story addition to the existing facility and is being completed in multiple phases with integrations with many of the existing systems. Envinity’s commissioning services for this project began in the Design Phase including multiple design and submittal reviews, moved into the Construction Phase with site visits and Cx meetings, extends to the Acceptance Phase with functional testing, and will conclude with the Occupancy/Warranty Phase. Project completion is expected in 2026. The project is designed to achieve LEED v4 Silver certification.
Cx Scope
Commissioning services for this project began in the design phase including design phase reviews, submittal reviews, and extended through warranty and training periods. This project had added complexity due to the need to expand plant capacity and electrical infrastructure for the Hybrid ORs, and specialized procedure rooms. Project highlights include Building Envelope Commissioning integrating the proposed services into an existing parking structure.
